A. TERMS - "Onepiecemissing.com" is an on-line operation conducted on the World Wide Web (Internet). It is the sole responsibility of the Member to ensure that their phone/device is capable of receiving SMS messages and connecting to WAP services. Onepiecemissing.com accepts no responsibility for the inability for a Member to receive the SMS messages and as other services are provided within the Membership service, there can be no total or partial refund of any Membership fees. SMS messages are processed through a UK source, therefore, Members of all countries outside the UK are advised to check with their mobile service providers for the ability to receive the messages.
M.2 - It is the Members responsibility to inform Onepiecemissing.com of any change of contact details, for example, e-mail address or telephone number for SMS alerts. Onepiecemissing.com accepts no responsibility for any transmittal delays occurring due to inaccurate Membership details. It is also the Members responsibility to ensure all details provided are correct, including, the providing of their full mobile telephone number including STD code for receipt of the messages.
M.3 - It is the Members responsibility to ensure that there are no additional charges incurred by their mobile phone operator in receiving the SMS alerts under the terms of the Membership.
M.4 - Onepiecemissing.com will not be liable for any potential delays in receiving SMS messages as the delivery is subject to the effective transmission from the individual operators. SMS messages are provided on an ‘as is’ basis and Onepiecemissing.com makes no warranty for the successful receipt of these messages once they have been actively processed from Onepiecemissing.com text service provider.
M.5 - Data potentially obtained from using SMS/WAP services may include your telephone number, telephone service provider and statistical information such as the date and time of connections. At times, we can use this information to contact you and provide additional services at your request.
M.6 - By becoming a Member or otherwise using this service, you acknowledge and agree that Onepiecemissing.com has the right to alter and/or terminate any service at any time, with or without cause and/or advance notice.
